Acceptance
By accessing krewmuse.com or purchasing from Krew Muse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Products and pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices or discontinue products without notice; changes do not affect orders already paid. Products are made to order - images are illustrative; minor colour or placement variance can occur.
Orders
When you place an order, you offer to buy the selected items subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example fraud risk, stock or supplier issues) and will refund any payment taken. Fulfilment typically begins after payment; see Shipping Information for timelines.
Payment
Online checkout is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) where enabled. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the order total plus shipping when you complete checkout online.
For quoted or invoiced orders (including bulk orders), we may also accept bank transfer using details we provide on your invoice. Where we offer it on your quote or invoice, an extra 1% discount applies when you pay by bank transfer.
Shipping
Flat rate $9.95 AUD shipping; free on orders $80 AUD or more (before shipping), Australia-wide unless stated otherwise. Estimated delivery 3-5 business days after dispatch. Risk of loss passes in line with carrier terms once dispatched.
Returns and refunds
Custom made-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be eligible under our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
All branding, designs, text, graphics, and photography on this site are owned by Krew Muse or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the Australian Consumer Law or other law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
