Made-to-order items
Because every Krew Muse garment is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including if you ordered the wrong size or colour. Please use the size guide on each product page and read the details before you buy.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@krewmuse.com with:
- Your order number (and payment receipt or bank transfer reference if handy)
- Clear photos of the fault, damage, or incorrect item
- A short description of the issue
What we’ll do
Where your claim is accepted, we may offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at our reasonable discretion and in line with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not refund because a size “runs small” if the product matches the stated specifications.
Incorrect size
Size exchanges for made-to-order items are not available - please choose carefully.
Processing time
Approved returns or refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we confirm your claim. Refunds appear according to your bank or card issuer.
