Rates
We charge a flat $9.95 AUD shipping fee on Australian orders under $80 AUD. Orders of $80 AUD or more (after any discounts, before shipping) qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery times
Orders are made to order. Estimated delivery is approximately 3-5 business days Australia-wide after your order is placed, depending on your location and carrier volumes.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking details where the carrier provides them.
International shipping
We do not offer international shipping at launch - Australian addresses only.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your parcel, or your parcel arrives damaged, email admin@krewmuse.com within a reasonable time with your order number and photos if applicable.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes where our carriers support delivery to that address type.
Payment methods
Online checkout accepts all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available. Bank transfer is available on quoted or invoiced orders. Extra 1% discount when you pay by bank transfer where shown on your quote or invoice.
